Training of Teachers

All our teachers, regardless of whether they have been trained or not, will receive in-house training. This is because we want our teachers to teach the way we believe works the best for the children. Their work is also monitored to ensure that they follow our program carefully.

We also constantly send our teachers for external training conducted by Persatuan Tadika Malaysia, Jabatan Kebajikan Malaysia, Early Childhood Education by CECE and many more to continuously upgrade their standard of teaching. Normally, they will go for the courses during the school holidays.

We also have a teacher who was a pediatric ward nurse at Lam Wah Ee Hospital and Specialist Center to advice the staff on sick children. We also send our main staff for First Aid Training Program with exam for certification. She is the Head Teacher in the Kindergarten section.
